Shipping policy

DISPATCH PROMISE

We aim to process and dispatch orders made before 15:00 GMT on the same working day. If your order is made after 15:00, or at a weekend, it will be dispatched the next working day. Please note: during busy period's, delivery estimates can be wrong due to delivery delays and inconsistent working patterns.
Please note: the official cut-off point for our couriers is 15:00, however we now run an extended cut off point of 16:00 for Royal Mail Special Guaranteed 1pm. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

North Peak cannot be held responsible for customs or duty charged by a destination country outside of the European Union. All shipments from North Peak will be declared to customs at the correct order value. If you are unsure about customs charges you can contact us here, alternatively you should contact your local customs office for all the relevant information on customs duty. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Customers will have a variety of options available for their chosen courier. The Royal Mail Tracked 48 service is applicable for a 'safe place' option, ensuring your parcel is delivered to a safe place, e.g. a neighbour. Please note, using this option renders customers responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Unfortunately, this is not available for customers using Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Before 1pm, DHL or DPD, who require a customer signature for all of their deliveries.
